Combining a university-level education in business finance with firsthand professional banking experience, Randy Green brings and exceptional level of knowledge and expertise to the clients of Meyer Capel.
Randy graduated in 2003 from Illinois Wesleyan University with a bachelor of arts in business finance. He worked in the commercial and mortgage lending departments at Busey Bank branch offices in Bloomington, Champaign and Urbana, and for First Busey Trust and Investment Company prior to attending law school.
While a student at Marquette University Law School, Randy served as a law clerk with Meyer Capel during the summer of 2004. In 2005, Randy traveled to New York where he competed in the National Environmental Law Moot Court competition and won the award for Best Appellate Brief. In 2006, he coached Marquette's team to the semifinal round in that same competition and competed in the ABA Negotiation Competition. Later that year Randy was awarded both a Juris Doctorate and MBA from Marquette University.
Randy is a member of both the Wisconsin and Illinois State Bar Associations. Away from the practice of law, he enjoys participating in a variety of team and individual sports; including softball, golf, snowboarding, wakeboarding and rock climbing. |
