Meyer Capel welcomes the China Executive Leadership Program at the University of Illinois

Joseph Murphy, David Sholem, Jeff Davis, Tracy Nugent and Steven Amjad of Meyer Capel, P.C. welcomed the University of Illinois China Executive Leadership Program to its offices on November 29, 2011 to answer questions and provide information to the Chinese delegates concerning the operation of an American law firm. This event was the most recent hosted by the firm. In the past, Meyer Capel has hired international LLM students from the University of Illinois College of Law and hosted events for foreign judges visiting the University.

Meyer Capel and the University of Illinois College of Law have a long history of cooperative learning over the firm's 40 year history. Meyer Capel has hired University of Illinois law students as summer associates, several of its attorneys are adjunct faculty members at the Univesity of Illinois in areas such as real estate law, business law and case management and their attorneys have taken part in many other educational events sponsored by the College of Law.
