Bio

Cierra McCullough is an Associate Attorney whose practice focuses on Business Planning & Transactions, Intellectual Property, Estate & Trust, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Real Estate. She brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to each client engagement, drawing on a diverse background in both corporate and public interest legal work.

Before joining the firm, Attorney McCullough built a strong foundation through hands-on legal experience. She interned with the Chicago Cubs Baseball Team, where she worked on drafting and reviewing contracts for business deals. At SitusAMC Corporation, she continued developing her transactional skills, supporting contract work across various corporate matters.

At the Veteran’s Legal Clinic, she assisted veterans with legal challenges ranging from family law to estate planning. In the Family Advocacy Clinic, she acted as a Guardian ad Litem, advocating for children affected by abuse or neglect.
