My practice centers on real estate, corporate, and business law. After years of handling complex litigation in the courtroom, I bring a perspective shaped by firsthand experience with the risks and costs of business disputes—allowing me to help clients handle transactions with a foresight and clarity informed by the realities of litigation. Raised by entrepreneurs and farmers, I take a practical, business-minded approach to legal counseling.

Awards and Recognition

At the University of Illinois College of Law, I consistently earned academic recognition, including placement on the Dean’s List in Fall 2020, Spring 2021, and Fall 2021, as well as designation as a Harno Scholar in Spring 2022. I served on the University of Illinois Law Review, where my work was published for its analysis of trade practices within the agricultural supply chain. I also finished at the top of my class in Mergers & Acquisitions, Securities Regulation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution, and was an active member of the Corporate Business Law Association.
