Paralegal - Litigation Services

Meyer Capel Law Firm is looking for a skilled litigation paralegal to assist during all phases of the litigation process at our 306 W. Church St., Champaign, IL office. Duties will include legal research, discovery document review, investigation, service of process, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, other legal memoranda, and jury instructions. This position will also assist with discovery and formulation of arguments and assist at hearings and trials. Requirements include proven working experience as a litigation paralegal, strong written and communication skills along with attention to detail. Organization and the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment is a must. A paralegal associates degree or other relevant certification is required.
