Ryan Michaelsen focuses his practice on business formation, development, and transactions, as well as contracts, real estate, licensing, and other matters related to the representation of corporations, limited liability companies, and other business entities.
Prior to joining Meyer Capel, Ryan worked for a financial-technology start-up in their compliance and in-house legal division. There he gained firsthand experience in addressing the legal needs and problems growing companies face on a daily basis. This experience serves as the foundation for ensuring clients receive legal service that is clear, concise, and actionable so that their businesses can thrive.
